Agile Property Holdings' principal activity is the development and management of property. Other activities include the provision of decoration services and investment holding, with operations carried out in the mainland and the British Virgin Islands. Agile Property's net profit jump of 27 per cent last year was driven by rising demand in the mainland, where it delivered a gross floor area of 1.07 million square metres during the year, generating 6.54 billion yuan in revenue. The company's land bank has been reported as being 22.5 million square metres, sufficient for development for the next six to eight years.
