Michelle Wong says they drew on a family beauty ritual to create Timeless Secret. Her grandmother and great-grandmother both drank pu-erh tea - traditionally regarded as a key to maintaining youth. The Wongs worked with Swiss chemists to transform the tea into a complex.
What's the spin?
The main ingredient of the range is the pu-erh 300+ complex combined with eight patented natural cosmeceuticals, which the Wongs say delivers a 60 per cent increase in firmness in 15 minutes. The complex contains 300 natural proteins, minerals and anti-oxidants, and vitamins B5, C and E. Michelle Wong says the brand uses triple the amount of ingredients normally used in skincare products. The hypoallergenic, paraben-free skincare line also contains non-hydroquinone skin brighteners.
