Palm Springs ready to flow

PHASE 1C of Palm Springs, a low-density deluxe residential property developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties in Wo Shang Wai, Yuen Long, will be launched soon.

The phase comprises 374 houses and 689 car parks to be completed in October. There are a variety of houses on offer - all of three storeys - ranging from 1,719 square feet to 2,427 sq ft.

Palm Springs has 1,600 garden houses on a 4.7 million sq ft site, and is one of the biggest low-density residential developments in Hong Kong.
