Playing with food takes on a whole new meaning with Colorado-based artist Jason Baalman, who shows how to use 10 packets of ketchup as paint and a fresh batch of McDonald's French fries as brushes in an amazing video at www.youtube.com/watch?v=1gvGDsIYrrQ. Baalman recorded himself painting subjects Morgan Spurlock, director and star of 2004 documentary Super Size Me, and Ronald McDonald, the spokesclown of the giant US fast-food chain, on a 36-cm x 28-cm foam surface. Creating the unique artwork took 50 minutes, which has been condensed to about four minutes of video set to a lo-fi ditty that goes: 'I love French fries, how about you?' Baalman surely loves them too. He plans to sell limited-edition posters and prints on eBay to raise money for the CARE World Hunger Campaign.
