Win a trip with love for HK
Cathay Pacific Airways has launched their biggest ticket-giveaway competition to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the establishment of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
The '100 Reasons We Love Hong Kong' campaign invites people from Hong Kong and around the world to explain what it is they love about Hong Kong's people, lifestyle, cuisine or scenery. They could win one of 1,000 tickets to one of several destinations.
In the local category, 300 entries will be shortlisted and each entrant will win a round-trip Economy Class air ticket. Their submissions will be posted on the competition website between July 16 to 29 for the public vote for their favourite.
The final top 100 entries will be selected by the public and a judging panel made up of notable figures from the local community.
Winners will receive two additional round-trip Economy Class air tickets each.
The local part of the competition is divided into three categories: open (all ages), senior citizen (age 65 or above) and student groups for full-time students.
There will also be a lucky draw for voters who are residents of Hong Kong, Mainland China and Taiwan. They could win one of 400 round-trip Economy Class tickets at the end of competition.
Competition entries can be in the form of words, images, or a combination of the two.
