Exclusive Top of the Town units put the world at your feet

Grand Promenade, developed by Henderson Land Development, comprises 2,020 units with views of the Kowloon Peninsula, Victoria Harbour and Central, in five towers of 55 to 58 storeys on a six-level podium.

The 24 exclusive units, called Top of the Town, are located on the top two floors of each tower. The units offer sizes from 1,400 to 3,100 sqft.

Top of the Town living rooms are up to four metres high with large windows and an enormous balcony or a private podium.

A private staircase leads up to the roof equipped with a jacuzzi. The roof can be used as a barbecue party zone, banquet venue or garden. Kitchens and bathrooms are furnished with world-famous brands, including Poggenpohl, Siemens, Eurocave, Gaggenau and Tecnogas.

Radio is available in every master bathroom with TV audio sound and ceiling-mounted speakers. Additional telephone sets are provided in every master bathroom and guest bathroom.

Ceiling-mounted speakers and volume control panels can be found in the kitchen and guest bathrooms and are connected to the TV audio. Surround-sound outlets are provided on the low level of living areas.

A wireless magnetic door contact system has been installed at all balcony and roof exits. Once the break-in alarm is triggered, it will connect to up to eight phone numbers of your choice automatically via the eHome Automation System to alert family or friends.
