Everybody has dreams, but dreams don't always come true. This is because people don't work hard enough, or their goals are set too high. The first case requires extra effort, and the second depends on our potential.
I dislike people who put in no effort but expect results. How much we gain is in proportion to how much we put in. Our attitude is also important. We must set realistic goals based on our ability, or our dreams will remain dreams.
The way to success is like going up a staircase. We have to keep climbing to see the next level. If we go up too fast, we may fall down. It's time for action, but never overestimate your ability.

Thanks for your letter, Anthony. I'm a big believer in the one-step-at-a-time process. By this I mean that you set your goal, and then you work out manageable steps to achieve this.
