DISCOVERY Bay City Management is to import 150 new golf carts in April.

  However, the company though making a healthy profit from the sale of the new carts, has no intention of increasing the number of parking spaces near the Commercial Centre.

  It also intends to introduce parking charges, with a half-hour being free. Obviously, no one in City Management has a family shop, or uses the bank or any of the other facilities offered in the centre. If they did, they would know that 30 minutes is totally inadequate.
