'The person will supervise a team of software engineers managing various software projects, including the in-house development and machine control software,' said Colin Luk Kwok-fai director of technology.
Apart from providing technical support to other project teams, the successful candidate will be given the challenge to lead, motivate, coach and develop the software team.

'The job is quite challenging because it is different from day-to-day software development. The software engineer has to drive the development of software for semiconductor automation equipment.'
The company is looking for someone who has at least eight years of experience in C++ programming, OOA and OOD, and at least two years at a managerial level.
