An argument between two sisters over the use of the home computer escalated, landing one of them in hospital and the other in court.

Leung Mei-kwa, 18, pleaded guilty in Kwun Tong Court yesterday to a charge of wounding her sister, Leung Po-kwan, 20, with a pair of scissors, according to testimony. The sister suffered cuts on fingers of both hands. The sisters and their divorced mother live in a housing estate flat in Wong Tai Sin.

Acting Principal Magistrate Amanda Woodcock released Leung Mei-kwa on HK$200 bail until August 6 after she agreed to move in with her father. She also agreed not to make contact with her sister and mother.
