Do you get annoyed when your parents remind you of the things you have to do all the time? I think most teenagers think their parents worry about them too much.

We like to think that we can deal with problems ourselves.

We think we are 'little adults', but our parents will always see us as children.

Even when we are able to take care of ourselves, our parents still want to help us. Perhaps this is partly out of habit, but it's important to know it is not because they don't trust us, but because they love us.

Christian Alliance S. C.Chan Memorial College Thanks for your letter, Chuk-yu. What you say is very true. Families have a habit of perpetuating the format of relationships. The youngest child in the family will always be the 'baby' of the family - even when they're all grown up and have their own children. I know, I've seen it in my family!
