Students who don't attend tutorial centres learn just as much as those who take private lessons. Some students depend too much on their private tutors. They pay less attention in class because they think they can make it up later.

Then they become lazy and fail to develop their analytical skills.

They could pay a high price because most exams test candidates' critical thinking skills, not their ability to memorise material.

Besides, teachers at tutorial centres do not provide a comprehensive guide to their students.
