Stolen credit card details used online

A man used stolen credit card information to make online purchases with ParknShop and used fraudulent company information and chops to apply for bank loans, the District Court heard yesterday. Ting Kwok-lun, 33, pleaded guilty to 14 charges, including fraud, using false instruments, attempting to obtain a pecuniary advantage by deception, attempting to obtain property by deception, possession of other people's identity cards and possession of equipment for making false instruments. His case was adjourned to September 20.
