Kingdee partners Malaysian firm in Southeast Asia expansion
Kingdee International Software Group, a Hong Kong-listed provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, plans to drive its expansion in Southeast Asia under a new joint venture with Malaysian technology firm Ygl Convergence.
The two companies agreed to form Kingdee Southeast Asia Software Group in Malaysia to develop, produce and sell a version of the mainland software firm's flagship ERP product, K/3, for markets in the region. Financial terms were not given.

ZTE seals deal with Portuguese fixed-line telecoms operator
