Community service for posting nude photos

A 29-year-old salesman who admitted uploading nude pictures of his former girlfriend on the internet and threatening to post a sex video clip after a bitter break-up was sentenced to community service yesterday. Lee Wing-fung, appearing at Tsuen Wan Court, was spared a prison term because of his remorse and guilty plea. Lee had earlier pleaded guilty to criminal intimidation, publishing an indecent article and publishing an obscene article on February 14 this year. Magistrate Albert Wong Sung-hau ordered Lee to perform 240 hours of community service to reflect the gravity of the charges and the harm done to the victim.
