Flat selection for the sale of surplus units under the second phase of the Home Ownership Scheme will start tomorrow. Up for sale are 3,255 flats in 28 housing courts. More than 1,000 are unsold units and more than 2,000 returned units. Applicants can make appointments to view designated returned flats in Tung Yuk Court, Aldrich Garden, Hong Yat Court, Kwun Hei Court, Yu Chui Court, Tin Shing Court, Glorious Garden and Lung Mun Oasis.
