The Hong Kong Institute of Education will hold a roving exhibition in various parts of Hong Kong to introduce to the public its development blueprint. The plan spells out the institute's goals for the next decade, and has been submitted to the government alongside the institute's application for university title. The announcement of the exhibition came after the institute's president-elect Anthony Cheung Bing-leung said this week that the quest for university status would top his agenda when he takes office in January. The exhibition starts today and continues until October 26.
