'Riding the crest of the wave - the secret to successfully raising capital from a bank' is a lunchtime seminar organised by the British Chamber of Commerce. The seminar, catering for small and medium-sized enterprises, will teach SMEs how to look ahead and map out requirements for future capital when business is good and thriving. The seminar will also look at how banks approach funding applications and what they are looking for. Topics include helping banks to help you, anticipating downturn and the need for capital before it is too late, and what banks consider before approving a credit application.
