There's a new cruiser in Victoria Harbour this week and it's doing nothing but hosting parties with bikini models - and cameramen filming them. Sounds like one round of drinks short of a Girls Gone Wild video. In fact, the 140-metre mega yacht belongs to Fashion TV president Michel Adam (right). He's been taking his F. Diamond boat around the world all summer to celebrate the channel's 10th anniversary, visiting places like Ibiza and Sardinia for fashion shows and onboard parties. It arrived in Hong Kong at the weekend. 'FTV not only is a television channel but it's also a platform where people meet, showing off themselves, exchanging ideas and also enjoying their way of life which is rich, luxurious, with good music,' Adam boasted. We suspect there've been seasick models who looked less than fierce hurling their lunch overboard, but so far, no one has fallen off the yacht drunk. 'We always have concerns about this, so we have a team of security guards on board and they have a lot of experience for that,' Adam said. 'But most of the time when they jump, they jump into the swimming pool.' As part of the channel's programming, every week there is a round of the Miss FTV competition. Hong Kong native Kat Yeung Yan-suen, 25, made it to the finals this week and now hopes it will springboard her to a modelling career in Europe. Other girls took consolation in other ways. 'It was a free trip to Asia,' one hopeful said. There's a Prive Escape Party on board tomorrow, if you can snag an invite.
