What is it?
The Exceptional Orchidee Imperiale Treatment  includes a facial and hand treatment, half-leg massage and head massage.
What does it involve?
Face cleansing, then a hand massage and mask, then collagen eye and neck masks, a facial massage and the half-leg massage, and finally Guerlain Orchidee Imperiale cream and a revitalising mask on the face.
What's good about it?
The aqua body cream used on hands and legs was nourishing, and the collagen mask and the revitalising mask on  my face  was quickly absorbed into my skin. My face felt refreshed and smooth after the treatment. My skin felt and looked much brighter and fresher.
What did you like about it?
The therapist was attentive and delicate. She checked how I felt after each step of the treatment. The therapy room was clean and spacious and  lit   comfortably.
What  could be improved?
The spa is behind the  Guerlain product sales area. Clad only in a gown, I had to walk across the rather public sales area to get to the toilet. It was rather embarrassing.
The so-called half-leg massage was simply an application of body cream.  The treatment should skip this part and allocate more time to the facial and neck massage.
The therapist talked a bit too much about the products during the therapy - the introduction would be better before the treatment.
Drinks and a resting area  would enhance the treatment experience.
