Comme Des Garcons is known for its avant-garde approach to fashion. By working classic strands of pearls into the label's signature designs, creative director Rei Kawakubo has devised a unique jewellery collection that fashionistas will be fighting over. Each pearl is selected by experienced artisans and is unprocessed. Standouts in the Couture Jewellery line include a chunky silver chain necklace set with nine pale-pink pearls (right; HK$6,800). Or, for something truly extravagant, opt for a choker that is a mixture of black and cream pearls (HK$107,350).
