About 10,000 young players show off their skills
Youngsters had fun with their families and explored their potential during a football programme aimed at promoting the sport in Hong Kong.
The 2007 Now TV Youth Football Scheme ended with a prize presentation ceremony held earlier this month.
Sponsored by PCCW's Now TV, the programme was organised by the Hong Kong Football Association (HKFA) and supported by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.
It was launched by the HKFA more than 20 years ago and provides quality football training for about 10,000 children and teenagers throughout Hong Kong every year.
The organisers hope to raise interest in football among those aged five to 19 and offer participants an opportunity to hone their skills under the supervision of HKFA's professional coaches.
