Talent2 Hong Kong, a finalist in the AustCham ANZ Business Excellence Award - Large, engages in the full spectrum of human capital solutions, from executive search and recruitment to volume hiring, human resources consulting and payroll services.
The firm's driving mission is helping businesses recruit, retain and develop the people they need to succeed. 'We offer not just recruitment but human resource solutions,' said chief executive Martin Nicholls. 'No other organisation in Greater China [Hong Kong, Macau and the mainland] offers the range that we do and that's what gives us an edge.'
At the top end is headhunting at the chief executive and managing director level. The company's executive recruitment business, which is growing rapidly, covers positions at the supervisory level and higher throughout Asia-Pacific.
Talent2's human resources consulting operation provides leadership development and training services, and performance management. Its talent acquisition management arm focuses more on large-scale hiring which 'starts from entry level [and goes] all the way up', Mr Nicholls said. Talent2 recently recruited more than 4,200 people for a major casino in Macau.
