A good musical with a message
I watched a musical Lokamochi Mamiba which I think is a good show, because it's very funny.
This musical wants to tell us that inner beauty is more important than outer beauty. We always judge  a person the  wrong way.
If a person who is  beautiful, we  think the person is good. If a person is ugly, we will think this person is bad. This is wrong! I think everyone has their good and bad sides.  If I am not a beautiful girl, it doesn't matter because I know I have other good qualities.

Twins receiving unfair criticism
Lots of people have said that local pop group Twins are not good at singing but I don't agree.
I admit my idols have still  room for  improvement, but people don't see it that way.
People have complained that  Twins new CD is bad even though they have not listened to it. It is unfair since Sa and Gill have improved  a lot.
Whenever we deal with new things, we should keep an open mind.   Then we can discover many different things.

Eating right to better health
How often do you eat out? Do you prefer eating out to eating at home?
Recent research has revealed  that the more the meals you eat out, the more  weight you may gain, since the food in the restaurant is likely to be high-fat cooked in a lot of oil.
Sometimes it's hard to avoid dining out, especially for students. Nearly all of us have afternoon classes. What should we have for lunch?
I have several suggestions. Do not go to  fast-food shops so often. Instead, we should  try to bring our own lunch boxes, which contains. If we can't prepare a lunch box beforehand, we can go to a Chinese restaurant or the school canteen and order  food with less meat and more vegetables.
Can we go to McDonald's sometimes? Yes, but try not to order the whole set if you find it filling.  Order a hamburger and some salad if possible. It's not like we have no chance in choosing our meals. We can always adjust and find the healthy food we want.

The handicapped can help society
Have you dined out at an eatery which is served by mentally handicapped people? If so, did you enjoy their service?
I had  dinner at one of these restaurants. Generally, I am quite contented with their service. Their action might be slower than others, but they are still thoughtful.
Currently, I know  there are some eateries that are served by these people. However, only a few of these restaurants are sponsored by the government.
If the government decides to sponsor them, they could actually save money in the long run.
Firstly, the mentally handicapped people working in the restaurant  can use the restaurant as a training centre. So the government can save money by operating different kinds of centres.
Secondly, since  the handicapped works it means he is earning money. and it stands for he has financial  The government can then cut his assistance a little.  I suggest the government sponsor more eateries that hire the handicapped.
We should help the handicapped fit into society.

Work experience before university
In many countries, it's common practice to gain a year's work experience before going off to  university. But this sort of practice is not common here.
Is this worth doing? Let us investigate  this practice in detail.
If a Form Seven student gets a full-time job before going to university, they will gain  invaluable work experience from that  job. It is useful  students  practise what they have learned in secondary school. They can  gain new knowledge at university more readily.   They can gain  skills such as speaking English.
With work experience, they would know which job they are interested in.
They would then be more certain as to what career path they want to take.  It will be easier to choose which subjects they will choose.
As with advantages, there are also  disadvantages. Some people believe it is not  easy to catch up with schoolwork after students work a year. They will lose interest in studying. As a result, they will give up studying.
Also, Form Seven  students are not mature enough and may get into bad company and here be led astray.
In my opinion, gaining a year's work experience before going off to university is a good idea.

What do you think of friends?
I think  friends are like a magical bag which occupies an important part of our life.
Friends  can act as your mirror to remind and correct your careless mistakes. They can also  share your sadness and happiness.
When you are in  trouble, they will always think of ways to help solve your problems. When you are upset, they will always stand by you and give their  support.
In daily life, conflicts  always arise  between friends, even the best ones. Therefore, people might  think that it's not easy to handle relationships well.
Try to forgive  and remember the sincere help you got from your friends. You will find that there are lots of beautiful angels beside you.
