Flying high . . . it was up, up and away for five-year-olds Mok Ho-cheung (left) and Lai Pui-ting and the thousands of other people who turned out for a kite extravaganza at the Hong Kong Sports Institute in Sha Tin yesterday. Staged by the Regional Council, the 1994 Kite Flying Carnival featured kites of all shapes and sizes including a 30-metre-long ''dragon kite''. Windy conditions added to the fun and excitement for the adult experts but for the younger ones, the day was more about holding on to their kites and hoping they didn't get carried away.
