Herald to buy distributor

HERALD Holdings has agreed to acquire the issued share capital of Zeon, a 14-year-old British watch and clock distributor.

Zeon holds licences for a variety of well-known characters on timepieces, including Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles, Nintendo and Batman.
