Japanese-Italian fusion restaurant Agura Creative Dining has a new sister. Agura Teppanyaki Robatayaki - which, as its name suggests, specialises in food 'stir-fried' on the teppan (hot iron griddle) and cooked on skewers on a robata grill - is in the same building as the original Agura but five floors up. The 1,000 sq ft restaurant seats 45, some at counter seating around two cooking stations (above). The robatayaki menu includes chicken wings (HK$22), duck tongues (HK$18) and whole sweetcorn (HK$26). The teppanyaki selection has dishes such as goose liver (HK$130) and assorted wild mushrooms (HK$68). There are lunch sets from HK$68 to HK$98 (HK$138 to HK$178 for teppanyaki sets); the teppanyaki set-dinner meals start at HK$628.
Agura Teppanyaki Robatayaki is at 18/F, Henry House, 42 Yun Ping Road, Causeway Bay, tel: 2504 2918.
