Bid to cut noise

AIR-CONDITIONERS and window insulation are to be provided to Kennedy Town residents hit by noise pollution from the Rock Hill Street Extension at a cost of $25 million. About 500 homes will be affected. The extension, which will link Pokfulam Road and Connaught Road West, is to cater for demand after the Western Harbour Crossing opens.
