It's time to put on your spurs and load up your six-shooter as you make your way through the American West in Atari's A Lucky Luke Adventure: Go West for the Nintendo DS.
Lucky Luke is a comic book character created by Belgian cartoonist Maurice de Bevere, better known as Morris.
The story is set in the American Cowboy era and Lucky Luke is known as the fastest gun in the West - so fast that he is even quicker than his own shadow. Along with his trusty partner Jolly Jumper - 'the smartest horse in the world' - and Rantanplan ('the dumbest dog in the universe'), Lucky Luke travels the West, fighting crime and injustice.
Luke's main adversaries are the Dalton Brothers, Joe, William, Jack and Averell, each of them progressively taller and dumber than the previous sibling.
The game's story is simple - you must help escort the Pioneers' wagon convoy from the East Coast to the West Coast so that they can claim their land before the 80-day deadline expires. Coming along for the ride are the bumbling Dalton Brothers who have been captured by Lucky Luke.
The game is a collection of fun mini-games that requires Lucky Luke and you to do a number of different things. As you travel across the states, each check point will activate a mini-game that you must complete so the convoy can carry on with its journey. In one game, you have to prepare Chinese stew according to Chinese Cook Tang's instructions.
