Ultronics in placement

ULTRONICS International has announced a $44 million private placement of shares with independent investors.

Some 20 million shares are to be placed at a price of $2.20, representing a discount of 3.3 per cent from the closing price of $2.275 quoted on February 2.

The placement of existing shares represents 9.6 per cent of issued capital.
