Primary school pupils taken ill

Nine primary students fell ill with suspected food poisoning yesterday after lunch at Madam Chan Wai Chow Memorial School in Marble Road, North Point. They were treated at hospital and discharged.

Blows exchanged at Lok Ma Chau

Two men started fighting over a trivial matter in the arrivals hall at the Lok Ma Chau border checkpoint on their return to Hong Kong at 3.30am. The men, aged 41 and 46, were treated at North District Hospital for minor injuries.

Arrest over fake credit card

Police arrested a 38-year-old man on suspicion of using a fake credit card at a handbag shop in Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, at about 2.55pm. He was being held for questioning last night.
