Causeway Bay mall lights up festive fun with new-look Christmas tree
Even artificial Christmas trees are traditionally green. But this year, the World Trade Centre has put up a trendy LED Christmas Tree.
The LED Christmas tree is made up of 50,000 LED light bulbs which are connected to computer. The bulbs can flash red, yellow, white, blue and green.
They can also form different patterns, such as stars, snow and flowers, according to the music.
The designers spent six months working on the unique Christmas tree, which will be on display until January 1.
As a special Christmas treat, customers who spend more than HK$800 in the mall will be able to redeem a crystal music box.
Continuing the festive celebrations after Christmas, the World Trade Centre will present the '2008 minutes Countdown Dance Party'.
