For dessert there's a choice between lemon and lime tart or chocolate-orange torte with raspberry sauce. The meal starts with an appetiser and pasta buffet that includes Scottish salmon, smoked swordfish, eel and sturgeon, aged Parma ham with Parmesan crumble and fresh oysters. For the main course there's a choice between grilled Mediterranean sea bass with Sorrento lemons and tarragon or slow-roasted Dutch veal loin with fresh herbs.
