The meal starts with canapes, moves on to tomato and basil soup and has a main course choice of roasted cod fillet with lentils, carrots and garlic mash, rib-eye steak with black pepper sauce and chips or pumpkin and sage risotto. For dessert there's a choice between lemon and lime tart or chocolate-orange torte with raspberry sauce. The meal starts with an appetiser and pasta buffet that includes Scottish salmon, smoked swordfish, eel and sturgeon, aged Parma ham with Parmesan crumble and fresh oysters. For the main course there's a choice between grilled Mediterranean sea bass with Sorrento lemons and tarragon or slow-roasted Dutch veal loin with fresh herbs.
