People today are becoming more concerned about their health. Being healthy is the most precious thing that money can't buy.
Firstly, prevention is better than cure. Regular exercise helps us to keep fit. Exercise rases our rate of metabolism.
It can also prevent various types of illness, such as heart disease, obesity and cancer. Through exercise, people become healthier and stronger. Their immune system is strengthened as well.
Secondly, eating or drinking properly makes us healthy. We should avoid junk food or oily stuff that makes us fat. We should eat more vegetables than meat. We must also eat fruit.
And most importantly, we must not smoke or drink. Staying healthy is what everybody wants. Think about this carefully: when we get old, what do we need most - health or money?
