Unruly councillor arrested
Sham Shui Po district councillor Chong Chi-tat  has been arrested for behaving in a disorderly manner  after he allegedly hit a passing car in Tsim Sha Tsui late on Friday night. The arrest was made in Kimberley Road at  about 11.40pm and  Mr Chong, 28, smelled strongly of alcohol,  police said.
