POP superstar Janet Jackson will join the wave of top international acts coming to town for concerts at the new-look Hong Kong Stadium.
The younger sibling of Michael has been booked for a one-off show on April 8, for which tonnes of props, sound and lighting equipment will be brought in on two jumbo jets.
Jackson's show will be the second in the Southeast Asian leg of her world tour, which started three weeks ago and is selling out stadiums in the US.
Other Asian stops include Japan, Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei and possibly Jakarta.
Andrew Bull of the promoter, Arena, said Jackson was eager to return to the territory after the success of her three sellout performances three years ago - and promised an even ''bigger and better show''.
Jackson's previous performances at the Coliseum attracted about 34,000 fans over the three nights.
