SCMP Reporter

A set of special stamps on the theme of the Year of the Rat will be issued on January 26. Hongkong Post said the stamps show three-dimensional images of the animals against a background of silver foliage. A stamp sheetlet with two stamps, a pig and a rat, would also be available at all 37 philatelic offices, Postmaster General Tam Wing-pong  said.
