If you have ever wondered what it would be like to manage your own team of soldiers in battle, then Fisherman's Wharf is the place to go.

War Game is the first-ever outdoor military game in Macau and allows friends to compete against each other in mock combat.

The tactics and strategy game features a host of different sets, including Shoot on Target, Spy in Action and Action Combat.

Participants are provided with combat gear and compete in teams.

The game is played in an Arabian market setting where the enemy is chased through narrow alleys.

War Game Arena is located at Aladdin's Fort and is open daily from 2pm.

If military games are not your thing, there is a variety of other entertainment on offer as well.

A troupe of Chinese acrobats are performing a series of special shows as part of winter holiday entertainment programme. The Four Seasons show combines martial arts, stunts, dance, music, costumes and acrobats and is performed in the street and at the Roman Ampitheatre.

The acrobats, from Guizhou, are performing daily and will be in Macau until May.

The performers will enact the changes in four seasons of their homeland by combining traditional acrobatic essence with contemporary ideas.

A tourism department spokesman said the winter entertainment programme is designed to have a little of something for everyone.

He said it is great to have extra things to do during the holiday period and during the colder months.

If you are hungry, visit Macau Oldies Street in the Rome Building and you will find a host of traditional Portuguese snacks and Chinese delicacies.
