What is it?
A 50-minute foot massage, and a quick shoulder rub.
What does it involve?
Feet are bathed in a tub of hot water. The masseuse then massages the feet until you are relaxed. She somehow manages to get the right tension spots without making you wince in pain. Calves, shins and ankles are also given a good pummelling, topped off by a punching motion that sounds like a series of short, sharp slaps but is surprisingly invigorating. The treatment is finished with a fully clothed back and shoulder rub while sitting on a foot stool.
What's good about it?
For those who want a quick, no-fuss value for money treatment that will instantly relax, this is it. As there is plenty of seating and you don't usually have to book ahead, it's perfect for those who work long hours - the place is open from 10am to 2am.
