Perfect Win stake taken

PACIFIC Concord has paid $403.4 million for a 33.3 per cent stake in Perfect Win Properties whose only material asset is its interest in the National Mutual Centre.

Hong Kong China will remain the majority shareholder, holding 50.1 per cent and the rest of the stake is held by Kerry Properties.
