I HAVE noticed some Boy Scouts aged between 10 and 18 selling charity tickets at the following locations - Star Ferry Pier, Tsim Sha Tsui East and Ngau Tau Kok.

  Most charity sales are only allowed on Saturday mornings, but I have seen these Scouts on other days.

  I am sure they are acting in good faith, but their regular presence in these areas can be a cause of inconvenience to other pedestrians.
