However, what you eat is never more important for boosting brain power as it is during revision time.

Nutritionists believe the best way to improve test scores is to eat well every day - that includes eating a balanced diet with at least seven servings of fruit and vegetables a day.

Many scientific studies show that children who don't eat breakfast perform poorly at school - their attention spans are shorter and they achieve lower test scores than those who eat breakfast.
