Trial therapy: Elemental Nature Facial

What is it?

The facial uses Aveda skin-care products and is tailored to match your skin type.

What does it involve?

The therapist cleanses and tones the skin, and performs extractions which are finished with a calming, cleansing high-frequency zapper. She applies a 'suction' machine that is supposed to massage the face and get the lymphatic system working. This is followed by a cooling mask to hydrate and moisturise.

What was good about it?

The spa was rather quiet when I visited so the therapist kindly spent an extra 20 minutes performing the treatment.
