Who's behind it?
US plastic surgeon Barry Cohen created the brand. He was early to recognise that conditioning the skin with medical-grade topical creams can enhance the work of cosmetic procedures, creating lasting effects for younger-looking skin. He says the key to good skin is 'prevention and early intervention'.
What's the spin?
Cohen claims his range delivers the highest glycolic acid levels available in a retail product. This means it allows a greater proportion of the active ingredients to penetrate the skin due to a lower pH value. Glycolic acid is used to diminish pigmentation, fine lines and help stimulate collagen production.
Anything else?
The range comes in regimens including anti-ageing and acne lines, with cleansers, toners and moisturisers and booster products such as a vitamin C serum.
