Hunt for bald-headed man over TST blaze

Police are seeking a man suspected to have broken into a flat and set fire to one of the rooms in Chungking Mansions, Tsim Sha Tsui. The man was seen running out of the 10th-floor unit before it burst into flames at 2.25am. Firemen evacuated about 30 residents and put out the fire at 2.50am. No one was injured. The man was described as bald-headed, about 1.7 metres tall and wearing a pair of glasses, and was believed to be aged between 20 and 35.
