Speaking about the recent sex photo scandal, actress Maggie Cheung Man-yuk has some sympathy for the victims. 'They might've made a small mistake, but the people who [uploaded] the pictures and the media who published the photos were wrong too.
'And the readers should take responsibility also.
No one forced them to look at the pictures,' Cheung (right) told TVB host Derek Li Ho-lam during a recent visit to Beijing.
The star of Wong Kar-wai's In the Mood for Love felt bad for those involved. 'They're still young, no one can judge what they did was wrong.
I don't think they should be boycotted, it's not a sin big enough to end their careers.
'If a celebrity does something sick on stage, then it's wrong, but behind closed doors it's a private matter,' Cheung said.
