An organisation will mobilise 100 volunteers to pay monthly visits to the newborns of cross-border marriages. Against Child Abuse will invite 100 expectant mothers holding two-way permits with Hong Kong husbands to join the scheme when they undergo prenatal check-ups at United Christian Hospital in Kwun Tong.
