Impeccable timing as Sly exploits an opening

WITH impeccable timing, a fit-looking Sylvester Stallone jetted into town last night, and today the macho superstar-cum-restaurateur will be going before the cameras of the US television show, Good Morning America , to tape an item about the long-awaited Hong Kong opening of his restaurant Planet Hollywood.

In case you'd forgotten - although with its TV crews almost running amok around town these past few weeks that's hardly likely - the top-rated show will be beamed from Hong Kong next week.

A band of local heavyweights, including Governor Chris Patten, are apparently primed and ready to plug Hong Kong's cause in front of breakfast TV viewers across the US.
