If you love Japanese food and you're seeking new options, then it might be time to head to Macau. Okada, Wynn Macau's premier Japanese restaurant, has launched a pioneering series of thematic

sake-pairing menus. The special 'Gourmet Robatayaki Selection' features five grilled delicacies including sazae tsuboyaki style, grilled Japanese kinki with sea urchin and grated radish thick sauce, Australian Wagyu beef tataki with ponzu, Japanese tile fish with 'Wakasa' sauce, and bamboo clam grilled with butter soy. To enhance the flavours of the dishes, Okada's chef de cuisine has teamed up with Sachii Imamura, the only sake sommelier in Macau, to pair the menu with specially selected sakes.
