Retailer's staff to protest at share listing

Unionists and staff of South Korea's biggest fashion retailer, E-Land World, will protest in Hong Kong next week against the listing on the city's stock exchange of its mainland arm, E-Land Fashion China. They say the parent company has big debts and exploits workers. Kim Seok-won, a workers' representative, said it had laid off casual workers to avoid putting them on staff.
